Frequency of UDP packet blocking?

    Hi there,
    I am very limited in tech know how so I hope I can communicate this ok (not to mention if I'm in the right forum!).

    Anyway, I am wondering what the likelihood is of the average net user to have UDP packets blocked, anywhere along the way?

    This is in relation to a site I'm hoping to get built that's using Adobe Stratus.

    For example I was using a test application on the adobe site, and earlier in a café I was unable to connect to a partner, but testing it here at home I am able.

    I've heard that offices etc will be problematic, but I'm wondering what % of users would be able to connect without problems?

    Vague I know but I hope it's enough!

    The vast majority of home broadbans users would be fine. Larger companies (i.e. those with extreme right-wing IT enforcers) would probably have so many restrictions in place in their firewalls these days that this sort of thing just would not work. A few years ago you'd probably have got away with it a lot more.

    So, taking all that into account and the fact that it's just getting dark outside I'd estimate about 72.3% of users would be able to connect without problems
