Unfortunately the system is unable to verify your identify.

If you are a metro customer please enter your site code and mac address.

If you are using DSL or Wireless connection please enter your site code and username. Then click on the submit button to obtain your traffic statistics.

    Oh F**K OFF

What the hell is up with this crap. Why is it happening now, today, for the first time EVER?????? Anyone else on digiweb encountering this?

No matter how good the system there will always be one or two bugs, just give it a bit of time and let them fix it.

    It's happened before.
It usually means it's off line :)

    Don't worry about it.

Even if you put the "right" information in on that form it won't work!

does this mean they wont be able to track how much has been uploaded/downloaded?

First time ever? hardly! Anyway your MAC and ID codes are on the documents the modem came with.

If you on Metro your "site code" is the WIR number
and the MAc is the "cable MAC" on bottom of modem or in status page with : as separators.

Unusually my mytraffic works when I enter these manually (usually if it's not automatic, it's not working at all).

I have never had to enter these in at all. Not even the first time I used it. Unless it was done by the installer, I don't know as I was not here when it was installed 3 years ago.

No, it's automatic. It's very rare you see that form. Even when you do, it usually doesn't work. I was surprised that it worked when I filled it in. I've not seen it broken so long.

    Just Checked:

It's back to normal now. Should work automatically
