    Looks like the Council got the work finished ahead of schedule and it only took one week instead of two.

    What's that? - is that the murmuring of faint praise I hear?

    Work finished last Monday afternoon. They deliberately over-estimated the length for the works to come in ahead of schedule.

    A bit like Ryanair. Except Ryanair management aren't overpaid and incompetent.
