    Such a Pleasant Land

An artist sits with canvas and brush
And birds sing in the trees
And with strokes strong and sure an image creates
As his hair blows in the breeze
    A pathway in the forest
A place no one knows where
    Even if it does exist
    And nobody does care
If its a scene from his imagination
For we all once did stand
In a place of such serenity and beauty
    In such a pleasant land...
