Anyone involved in a league in Ireland?? I know its a bit hard with everything being in dublin, belfast or cork... But a great game and would love to be involved in a club.

There's no ice rink open in ROI at the moment- just up North. I honestly doubt it'll be reopening any time soon, unfortunately (the one in Dundalk I mean).
Check out www.iiha.org for more info on past (and hopefully future!) leagues as well as links to clubs.
There are a few inline teams around too if you need something to tide you over when there's no ice around- I think there's a team for most every city/area- Dublin, Cork, Kilkenny, Galway, Belfast. See www.inlinehockeyireland.org for more info.
