Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Missed collecting jsa

    I had to miss collecting jsa from the post office today due to a family medical emergency and i had to help out. i rang the local social office and they told me i could collect it in the post office tomorrow but the woman did not sound at all sure when giving me the information. after getting a lot of wrong information directly from the social office. does anyone have experience with this and can i expect to collect the payment from the post office in the morning?

    I think you get up to 3 days grace on it but I could be wrong.
