Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The whole Web 2.0 is a bit vague in my opinion. It seems that any business which has a Facebook page or a Twitter account is deemed to be embracing Web 2.0. Commpanies that have an online chat facility could also be included. I recently used micksgarage.ie and there was an actual genuine person on the other end of the chatline! I'd used the dabs.ie one before but it seemed like I was just getting automated responses.

Web 2.0 is generally considered to be read write web, I work for EMC and we have a number of internal wiki sites setup for sharing information, pretty much anyone can logon and edit or write their own articles/pages. Pretty much any technology company would have something similiar. A good example maybe mozy - allows you to store files remotely they make their entire business based on the web 2.0...platform for lack of a better word.
