    That's really cool. At the end of the article it asks did you have any memorable visitors to your school? All I got was some Dublin GAA guy and Mary Robinson when she was President.

    Mary Robinson was a good one to get. The only 'celebrity' we got was Adi Roche, the Chernobyl disaster campaigner.

    I can't remember anyone else 'famous' bothering their hole to visit our crock of a school.

    It was a publicity stunt, they filmed it and sent the footage to newspapers/news stations.

    Still pretty cool for the kids though. :)

    Mary Robinson also came to our school, as did Niamh Breathnach, then minister for Education.

    Roddy Doyle came to your secondary school. I remember him being really mean to people who asked questions.

    Even if it was a publicity stunt, fair play to him. It's awesome for the kids.
