Pro Evo - Master league second division?

Do you need to start in the top league now? I cant seem to figure it out :/ EDIT: ah ok... too complicated :( Go to edit and move the team you want to be into the division 2 Start a master league, and pick that team Then you get to choose what league you want to get promoted to.
