Daily Telegraph praises Galway hi-tech hub

Business section of Daily Telegraph of 8.10.10 has a very complimentery and positive article on Galway's development as a high-tech hub especially in the medical equipment area.

It is very interesting that the article is by Evan Pritchard-Jones who writes frequently in the DT on economic and financial topics. He is usually virulently anti euro-zone, and anti euro, and negatiave about Ireland.

Whoever arranged his visit to Galway,briefed him, and introduced him to the firms mentioned is to be congratulated.

We need this good publicity about our exporting industries to help the country "turn the corner".

Thanks DaCor - I never got around to finding out how to link such articles.

In the meantime congrats again to whoever got Mr Pritchard-Jones to write such a positive article about anything Irish - he is usually negative about this country.
