    Hello, I'm new to this forum.
    I'd like to know if UPC is available in Monaghan? And how much does fibre optic cable installation costs?

    not available and most likely never will be very little fibre if any in monaghan county, im running utv dsl its best ive found been with eircom and digiweb both useless
