Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Do you ever get day's when you head out on the bike but your legs feel like lead? Happened me this morning. Can't think of a reason why. I certainly haven't been overdoing it. How do you deal whit it when it happens? Do you stay out or head home early? Is there anything I can do to prevent this happening?

    Thanks.

know that feeling! unless i'm actually tired and know it, I'd keep pushing on and usually it'd work itself out, hard as it might be! best cycles for me are the ones when i feel like this for most of it and get the miles in regardless, tho it kills me doing it, after there's a good sense of guilt free accomplishment then for the day. Pain is just weakness leaving the body... :)

Could have a virus. If you do, you're not supposed to put your heart under strain. If you feel in any way like a flu take it easy. If it's just tiredness then you'll be fine.

Lead legs can be a symptom of many things, you are probably tired, coming down with something, wrong food or whatever, it doesn't matter, sometimes it just happens. Best thing is to stay out for a shorter spin, spin small gears, look over ditches, daydream. Your legs will come back another day.

There was a strong easterly wind this morning. I wonder was it the direction you went out.
Did you eat/hydrate properly this morning or skip any meals in the last couple of days?
