Just a quick question is letting bangers and fireworks off in the middle of an apartment complex a good enough reason to kick someone out?
Some scum bags in my place doing it now and a few of us would love to see the back of them at this stage!:confused:

Well given that fireworks are illegal maybe a call to the local gardai might be in order?

If they are tenants it depends on their lease with the landlord. However there should be documented reports of all of these incidents in order for them to carry any weight.

The gardai can arrest them with regards to the fireworks inside the complex(they can go in) but only the management company can evict them. I'm sure there are plenty of residents who witness loud bangers going off that you would have plenty of support to get them evicted.
