Hey all, Just saw a story in the Independent today about people popping leaflets through letter boxes with a price list of cut price cigarettes. Never heard of this happening before at all, seeing as I'm lurker here just wondering if anyone else had heard of this happening?…

I've heard of people calling around door to door giving free samples of certain brands, which always seemed pretty weird to me.
