Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi ive got a P5Q deluxe motherboard with 3 Pci-e slots and 2 gpu cards my pc was runing fine the other day and i decided to restart it as i wanted to plug in an other hard drive.

Restarted it and no display took out the gpu's and tested them in an other pc and they are working fine put them back in one at a time and no joy tested all the slots and they only seem to work in one slot the bottom slot which i never use as it is only pci-e 4 not pci-e 16.

Any ideas on what could be wrong or does it sound like the motherboard has gone bad :(

Unlikely your motherboard is bust, probably a loose molex connector on one of the PCI-e power connectors best bet would be to do this.

    1. Push in the wires for the Molex connectors and test again
    2. Take out the power supply from the PC the cards work it and put it in the non working machine case.
    3. If it does not work check the motherboard settings for the slot and make sure it is not disabled.
