power washer in or near greystones?

    anyone know of one please? Tried garages here, kilcool, newtown and kilpeddar. Eden gate no good. Don't need valet, just need to clean mtb

    There's one at the back of the filling station in Newcastle. Haven't used it for a while but I'm sure it's still there.

    thanks lads. I'll try newcastle before buying one. Wouldn't use it often enough to merit buying it.

    the one in newcastle is quite handy in that it takes €2 coins rather than tokens - one coin should be enough to do a mountain bike.

    Just be careful washing your mountain bike. The jet washers at garages are very high power and can damage bikes, bearings in particular.
    I have a portable bike jetwash which is very handy. You fill it with water, enough for two very muddy bikes, it plugs in to cigar lighter in car/van and the pressure is suitable for bikes. Yu can also clean bike at site before taking it home. Cost about 130 euro. Plenty available at crc.
