Just wondering when do BOI charge the interest on cash withdrawls on your credit card, should i see it straight away on my banking online or is it @ end of every month or year?

It is charged from the date of it is taken out I believe. It will appear separately on your statement.

Also, note that interest will be charged on the cash until the total credit card balance is cleared.
