How to remove a name on a rent lease?

    Im just wondering if anyone knows how to or where to go to get a name removed from a rent lease??

    You posted the thread in Dublin County West and it was moved to Accommodation & Property to get better suited answers.

    What do you mean remove a name from the lease? Is the person no longer staying there?

    Why not just ask the landlord for an updated lease?
