    Just wondering what will be the situation with games freezing if that were to occur... is it definitely not a bug that is the cause? Not saying anyone here will do it if possible but you never know with some people. A lot of people are suffering from it seems from reading peoples comments here. *Still yet to play a 1vs1 online so I'm just going from comments.

    Despite my terrible connection, my DNF was 0% on FIFA 10 in 70 odd games played.

    Sometimes it can be really bad yeah. Jumps around. Depends on the time of day really. From 6-12am it can be inconsistent.

    An example would be yesterday, from 10-11pm last night it was fairly bad alright for the last 20 minutes in the 1st half and then first 10 minutes in the 2nd half. Oddly enough.

    After that till 4am it was perfect. Only played club.

    I think I've got only a couple of complaints in the last year over a 1vs1 game lagging, due to me hosting(I assume). So it shouldn't be constantly bad hopefully.

    It could be fixable, what ISP are you with and what router are you using or is it a wired connection?

    Eircom, Standard Netopia(will be getting a new one soon) and it's wired.

    It's just a crappy area for broadband. Ever see Lost? It's like that with my area :pac: I'm only a few minutes outside of Dublin, but everyone's connection in this specific area is crap tbf. We couldn't get broadband till 2007 here actually.

    If I travel 5 minutes up or down the road, connection issues don't occur as badly as here or better put, rarely there any connection issues.

    Balls to that, that would drive me cracked! Only have experience with UPC and Netgear myself, but maybe someone else could suggest something to try, but since it's wired, I dunno, I doubt a firmware upgrade for the router would make much of a difference!
