Does anyone know of a broadband provider that offers a 1:1 contended line in Dublin city centre?

Eircom, BT, Digiweb/Smart Telecom, Magnet(?). There are others that cater for large corporates, but they'd be the main ones.

Just called Eircom, asked for 1:1 contention and they told me their contention was 24:1...

    I've emailed Smart Telecom

You are aware that 1mbit uncontended is about €150 pm?

If you're to believe the marketing spiel, Eircom's NGB product has no contention.

1:1 is high SLA Business offering usually. Magnet may offer close to it at similar to domestic Prices and Digiweb/Smart on some exchanges.

If you really need 1:1 and the no cap that implies you are looking at a business package.
