Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Great strike, powerful and a bit of swerve to beat Reina,

    Surely game over?

Carragher calm down FFS. Hate watching him.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,160 ✭✭✭tok9

At least I have him in fantasy.... Another disgraceful performance.

John Henry must be wondering why he didn't buy a different club on merseyside

Can anyone see Roy being the type to give the players a bollicking? I just cant.

Having seen his more bitchy press conferences I can tbh

We started the second half brightly and Maxi had a great chance to draaw us level. On another day that might have gone in. As it is, we conceded a wonder goal that no keeper would have saved. You can't ask for any more from the players. It was just one of those days.

Liverpool don't sack their managers though, no?

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,160 ✭✭✭tok9

just look at that from luca, stupiditly gives the ball away then makes a school boy attempt to win the ball back into air

cole trying to get a ball through to gerrard through 3 players

how can woy be blamed when the players are just not up to it?

Surely Roy has to change it now. 2 up front needed? N'Gog for Lucas would be my change.

Hardly a wonder strike tbh. It was well hit but pretty central and lots of 'keepers would have kept it out. Reina shouldn't be immune to criticism.

As a neutral (well, used to call Liverpool my second team) Liverpool strike me as a Championship standard team with a sense of entitlement. They're playing very poor, Cole is shocking and Torres and Gerrard are absent.

But the boy Coleman looks like a real gem, hope Trappatoni will promote him to the senior team.

if anybody has any doubts about colemans creditibilty, they have been answered today...he has been superb. as to how kilbane (switching o shea) is continuing to get on ahead of him for ireland is nothing short of a disgrace.

Because then you'd have to look at the mess Rafa made.

but the cult won't do that. Rafa did nothing wrong. EVER. He was a tactical god (let's not mention that day where Crouch and Voronin played on the wings)

The fact is the football side of the club has been poorly run for years now and we're seeing the result of it.

So the CL final in 2007 and record points total in 2009 was just lucky, right? And even last season Rafa was lucky to finish 7th and be within minutes of a EL final. That the actual expectation of the team is relegation places and deserved defeats to Blackpool and Northampton?

I don't even think you believe the rubbish you type.
