    They're updating their data exchanges. I've had this problem the last two or three months too. I live in Mahon in Cork city and I've been on and off the phones to Eircom for as long. Cancelling my account right now or at least trying to. They want to lump a charge of 60 euro excluding vat and the guy I'm on hold, waiting for a reply is checking with the technical department to see if I can get that waived since they're not able to fix it.

    I've also refused to pay the last three month's worth of bills which amounts to just over 180 euros.
