Anyone had fertility treatment in London?

    My sister is having trouble getting pregnant. She's 39 and never had a child. Doc says there is nothing wrong with her medically. She was looking into IVF here but has heard it has mixed results.

    I have heard of the ARGC clinic in London which is supposed to be very successful. Has anyone tried it? You have to live there for 6 weeks while they do it all and it is very expensive so there's a time commitment aswell as money. They claim that where other clinics have been unsuccessful, they deliver a 75% success rate. I thought someone might have heard of it or had experience of it as they say lots of Irish go there.

    IVF is hard work and I was thinking that would it be better going straight for the UK clinic where results seems so good or should she start here?

    Any advice would be really appreciated.
