    Why is it that you always want to fire all of them early on?

    in fairness the exclusivity thing is a trap,i've seen people slated in other series because they accepted one,but because they accepted it,they lost other sales,so it's a 50/50 call really

    either way,if you were Lord S,would you want to give one of them a 100k a year job..

    In fairness, I would take someone who was a bit more quiet and pensive over someone who was rude, aggressive and disruptive any day.
