Ireland's ICT Strategy

Hi, I've been searching ....a lot... and I can't find any reference to Ireland's ICT Strategy anywhere..... Does Ireland have an ICT Strategy....would that be a job for the Dept of Communications? Any ideas?

Hey a bit late now seeing your post but I was looking for the same thing and found this. Also there is the digital competitiveness report available from eu sites which I found useful.
