Tesco Half price wine

    Hi all,

    Tesco has a 50% off offer on their wine this week. 5 or 6 euro a bottle! Thinking of stocking up for my wedding and just paying corkage.
    Has anyone a good recommendation for a red and white they have on offer? I can probably try the whites myself but don't drink red at all so havent a clue there!

    Also has anyone tried the Aldi/Lidl wines? Anything decent there for around the 5 euro mark?

    Hi

    The Tesco Fleurie which is normally 8.99 is a really good wine ....one of the better reds that they stock..

    Cant help you with whites I'm afraid...

    Check out the Fleurie tho'...You will not be disappointed!

    The italian red Ogio is very good and its only €6( half price).
    Had one last night :)
