Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I just came across this site today.

    Do any of the boards members advertise on this site and could they give feedback on the level of effectiveness?

    They're pretty high up on Google but has this resulted in direct contact from potential clients? I'd love to know.

    I had forgotten about this site until a few months ago when I was contacted through it by someone who had seen a pic of mine elsewhere and found my contact details through photographers.ie and I sold them a stock photo for commercial use!!
    The cheque had lots of numbers on it!! :)

    I have the free listing on it btw. Other than that I have heard nothing.

    I'm on it and I get a lot of coverage with it so I can not complain. :D

    Bookings wise, nada but then I wasnt expecting it to provide me with lots and lots of enquiries. If anything came from it then its a Brucey Bonus!!!!!

    For what it's worth, I advertise on the site and have done so since the start. Our web tracker shows we get a lot of referrals from Photographers.ie . I could not afford the rates quoted to advertise on Boards.ie (even in just the Photography thread)!
