I came across this on NFP, haven't been a big fan of the site in recent months but sill look at it every now and then.

Matt Bowen wrote a couple of pieces braking down Andy Reid and Mike Martz and how he used to prepare for them as a player. It's great looking at how the teams prepare for games. We hear so much about it but to actually see it on paper was quite enlightening

Bowen is amazing his wexplanations of personnel packages breaks it down very smartly ...essential reading for game-plannng ...his work on the movement from Cover 2 ...Tampa 2 defences to Cover 3 & 6 is great as is his explanation away from the devotion to the Dungy/Kiffan inspired plan from Tampa.

How defenses have used modern physical corners ....safeties and very athletic Hybrid Defensive Ends/Linebackers to counter these "Cover " defenses ....brilliant nice to hear another NFP lover
