I know I was hoping Id get a touch of the ball to pause it so I could send you a message but from about the 15th minute I couldnt move any of my players and you scored from that build up. It was like the 5 second lag that happens in clubs.
I let you have the goal as it was only fair at the end of the day. Didnt mean to put you down in this but I was just annoyed at the game for glitching the way it did when I defended probably the best I have in any game this league. I was just saying I thought youd agree I deserved two wins out of this as in fairness I had you pegged back most of the game and as you said you were resorting to long shots. The 3 midfielders thing your on about is just the default Arsenal. I just defended really well against you and seemed to clean up with Diaby. The only other two games I gave out about in the league was against Axwell and Mark. Against Axwell I was just annoyed I missed the chances I had where as the Mark game id give out about it again and again as I just felt having 8 at the back with the top team and then pumping over the top balls to Ronaldo was cheap.
There have been plenty of games where I was lucky in the league. Against Corcaigh I couldnt even get out of my own half in the 2nd half. Il complain when I feel theres something to complain about. :P
Surely you can understand why I was pissed off with that second match against you. Concede a goal when I cant control my players and then manage to go 2-0 up only to let in an equaliser in the last kick of the game from a long range shot from badstuber of all people!
Anyways yeah hopefully the patch will sort some of the disconnection craic out.

You derserved the win in the 1st game, your long balls over the top and through balls down the wing caused trouble for me and one paid off to I think to Arshavin and a screamer from Diaby
Felt personally a draw was a fair result in the 2nd game as we cancelled each other out. You admitted yourself over Live that your 1st goal was lucky too as my defender didn't jump for a header and the rebound fell to your player. I was on about only having long shots in the 1st game.
I would have felt unlucky if you had won the 2nd game, defended very well throughout and gave you very few chances too. I have been practising long shots and yes Badstuber is a beast at them!!!!!
It's a bit unfair though to complain about 8 at the back and long balls over the top, you yourself in the old days used customs and just because you use "default" now doesn't mean you should give out about them when before you defended the use of them. I've come to realise if that's their choice then so be it.
(btw Mark used default Real against me but was all out defence I'm nearly sure as he had only 2 attackers in the box for corners)
It does make people harder to break down. You tried a good few long balls in our games too!! But as the bible says "let he who is without sin cast the 1st stone"
We all need to realise that this league is meant to be fun but if someone wants to stick to the rules then so be it, would you rather have people in the league glitching games, last man tackles, being abusive over live, acting the maggot etc or playing the rules that are there. What Gaz did can be seen as unsportsmanlike but if it's in the rules what can you do about it.
Again it's my opinion but you seem to be getting very worked up at times over the league, It shouldn't mean that much for the manner it's supposed to be played in so relax. We don't care whose in what division or who we play once there is a league with games for us to play.
The World Cup was different where there was a prize at the end of the day. My most enjoyable games were against my fellow Tipp man Looder as it was hell for leather, Robanson as he never gave up when 4-1 down and Hokem as we were talking and laughing over Live during it.
Anyway more important matters, when am I due to play Bud again for another guaranteed 3 points................... 0 -

Most of the things you complain about that annoy you though you have done yourself at one time or another to be honest Joe and you have the blinkers on and only see things from your point of view when they happen to you. As you say yourself no one likes to lose but also the league is supposed to be a bit of fun. Theres little or no moaning/ranting from anyone else all season and the things you complained about so far are things you are guilty of yourself previously.
You moaned on here about playing me where you should have scored a sitter and won the game, you failed to comment that I missed a sitter at the other end where Balloteli just had to nod it in and missed, its easy to only remember the ones you missed yourself in a league game and feel hard done by after the 90 minutes. You complained about Marks formation and booting the ball up to Ronaldo, you used to do the exact same thing in your custom formation with Fiorentina to Mutu in previous seasons, just because you dont now is irrelevant when its something you did regularly before and had no problems with it. You complain about the the lack of sportsmanship of Gaz when he was entitled to take the win, you got disconnected, its in the rules and always has been. In our World cup game you ran to the corner to waste 10 minutes on the clock at the end and do whatever it took to get the win the game (a phrase you used to accuse Gaz of doing the same thing),when you knew what you were doing wasnt sporting and was bad form.
Not to continue the other rant as the case is closed on that one but I think your complaints are a bit one sided and you need to start looking at things without the blinkers on sometimes. As you rightly said no one likes to lose and its easy to come out of a game feeling hard done by when you lose but its easy to only remember the things from one teams point of view aswell.0 -
