HTC Hero - faulty button

    Hi,

    I have a faulty Menu button and Trackball won't take a pic (but scrolls fine).

    So, went into Meteor and they will send off to get fixed under warrantly.

    But he asked me to clear/backup the phone.

    Whats the best way to clear the phone.
    I will take off numbers, pics, music but I want rid of all my passwords etc before I hand it over - ideas on how to do this ?

    Go to your All Programs menu and then go to Setting

    Then go to Privacy

    And Then Personal Data

    And Factory Data Reset.... Simple as that

    Download Titanium Backup from the market and backup all apps and data to your SD card first.
