Is there anyone else that is still waiting to receive this payment? I received a confirmation text from them, but haven't heard anything since:confused: Unable to get through on the telephone number:(

Go down to your Community Welfare Officer (Health Centre) or your Social Welfare Office (in person). They will be able to tell you there and then exactly where your claim is at. There is a chance that the cheque went missing in the post or went to the wrong address.
