Meteor "You cannot opt in..."

    Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

    I just got the Samsung Galaxy Europa so decided to switch to Meteor's Free Text and Browsing plan. It says that all you have to do is text a number and you're sorted, but it's replied saying I cannot opt in. Why do I not have the option?

    Will I have to change my number/new sim to avail of the offer?

    you just have to ring customer care and tell them you have probably already been registered for free meteor to meteor calls and texts or one of their other deals.
