    hello is there any builders out there or any one would know how much it would take to build this house http://www.franklins.ie/uploads/30904.pdf its 2600 in size I'm wanting to build in the raphoe lifford area of donegal

    if someone would have some idea that would be great thanks

    James - you're not giving us much to go on, but - and as plenty on here will testify to - I'm not averse to sticking my neck out.

    So, with all the usual strings atached, I'm going to say anywhere from 195,000 - 245,000. It all depends on the standards and specification you go for....
