I have this from a old rig i had: Sapphire Radeon X800GTO 256MB GDDR3, PCI-Express, Tv-Out, DVI-I, Lite-Retail Is it any good to run games today or do i need a new card? Any recommendations on a good budget gaming card?

really budget pick up an 8800 for 50

It depends on how tight your budget is. The 460 is excellent for what you're getting, if you can afford the ~€150 they go for.
