Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    is there any recommended time to change a Helmet? I've mine 4 years now.

    Most people say that a helmet has a usable life of about 5 years.

    I assume that this means somone who ueses their bike on a regular basis.

    It seems UV light is the real problem. It degrades the outer shell. However if you keep it in its bag, and put it in a cupboard or out of harms way when not in use, you can get the best out of it. 5 Years is a good guide though, depending on make. 3 is a good average.
