Fireworks - Where to buy?

I'm looking into going to northern Ireland soon to get some fireworks for Halloween except I wouldn't have a clue where to go. Is there anywhere up north where i can buy bulk amounts of rockets and bangers without a license? If so where's my best bet? Also where can i go to buy bulk cigarettes?

Buying fireworks in the North with the intention of bringing them back across the border is illegal. No such discussion can happen here.
