How do i harvest these plants-are they cut and come again plants or can you only get one harvest per plant?

Chinese Leaf and Pak choi are different plants.

The Irish grown versions of both are grown during spring/summer so if you intend winter growth you need a polytunnel/glasshouse and heat.
