Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

guys, im preying you may be able to help me with this one.

I work in an office and there are 4 cameras.

all are Panasonic FS15 point and shoot cameras.

    This One - http://www.digitalcamera-hq.com/products/panasonic-lumix-fs15

when we go out to take photos we have to combine all photos to a shared drive but as you can imagine, all the cameras habe the image saved as P1010383 and so on.

so when all 4 cameras come back we have to manually change the names on the images etc

is there any setting i can do on the camera to maybe change the prefix of each image taken to say eg. kceire001, kceire002 etc so that all the images can be saved in the same file together?

    thanks.

If you're using windows 7 you should be able to rename the files as you're importing them.

Otherwise, use a bulk renaming tool after each upload:

You could simply rename all of your photos before copying, easy done by selecting all,and renaming firs photo, all photos automatically going to be changed.Or using one of many photo renaming applications you can find on net by googling. I can not tell if you particular camera has build in custom photo renaming setting.
    Regards

You might also look at Irfanview, I always found it good for bulk renaming, resizing and watermarking pics for work.
