Marathon Advice - The last Two Weeks
    Two pages of tips.

    There is a further page
Marathon Advice - On The day on the same site, but I intend to update it in the next few days and add a new one: Marathon Advice - After the Race/Recovery

I'm afraid your out of time if you've done any serious damage to your knees. The only advice i can give you is rest them up, no more running this week, use the R.I.C.E formula and see how you are sunday and make a decision then, there isn't much more you can do i'm afraid..best of luck.
