FlickR - Anything better out there???

    Just used it there to upload some photos - not very impressed with with it! It's not very user friendly is it? I normally use Facebook to upload photos and then just send a link back to family, but FB is too open now.

    Can anyone recommend something better than FlickR? The family got some photos of FlickR and they didn't like it at all they said. They much preferred the photos they used to get through FB, but i hate FB now.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    photobucket is a nice side i have been using for a long time. i also use picassa alot for my blog, the google photo storage is very user friendly.

    Great Irish site a lot of photographers on here use is www.pix.ie (they have a forum here : http://boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=1238).

    It's doesn't have nearly as many features as flickr but I much much prefer the layout etc on it. You're welcome to browse my profile linked in my sig below to see how profile, albums and photos etc are laid out :pac:

    use Sparky's (yes the admin) site sometimes when i dont want the BS of having to login and go through 5 or 6 screens asking me to confirm **** or add descriptions.
