Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sounds fun, what type of duration are you talking about, and what level of fitness is required? I've a pretty crappy MTB that should just about do the trick, but anything more than 2-3 hours on it could be hard work.

Never tried this type of cycling before, beyond Coilte tracks, but really enjoyed your beginners road cycle a couple of weeks back and would love to give this one a go.

Hi there..... we go out for about 2 and a half hours and as its beginners we do section by section and regroup after each one, there is no fear of being left behind..... you will enjoy it believe me and also we get some excellent advice from our 2 elite coaches who are full of tips which we put into practice throughout the spin

yeah and the bike should be ok to start with all right provided its in good mechanical order...

Good Stuff hope to see you on Saturday.

    Cheers :D
