Seriously slow Imagine broadband

Anyone had recent problems with Imagine. I'm in Dunmore East and my speed has dropped below 0.25Mb. That was at 7.00am. Similar story on Sunday afternoon. Had been noticing speed slowing plus intermittent short outages last week.

Is that broadband through the phone line or the wireless receiver yoke that they're promoting as Wimax these days? Or through a small antenna mounted on the roof?
