What do ye make of these 4 pics I took?

Hey all,

Just wondering if I could get your thoughts on these four images, which I plan to stick side by side in a four-aperture frame.

They were all taken in Salou on a week away, and I have the frame sitting around and decided I may use it for four images I took whilst away. (Alternatively, if anyone wants to visit my Pix account and select other photos they feel are better, by all means feel free, I just felt these were the best of a fairly mediocre bunch).

Any comments would be appreciated

There all nice, number two has a very nice sky

First one while a good photo doesn't fit for me with the rest and second one not that interesting, would sub them with the pool photo and the one looking down empty footpath

But really depends what the place and photos mean to you

First one is excellent imo. I really like it, although I can't really pinpoint why. It comes across to me that they're men just happy to be out working....or something...

Rest don't do much for me.

EDIT: Actually think the second one is ok as well. I think it would be better viewed at a higher res but you've got it restricted on your pix.ie.

I wouldn't like the first one to be hanging on my wall.
I think this one would fit in better with the rest:

Unless you personally know the 2 men, I think they are a weird thing to add to the rest o the photos.

Cheers for the thoughts on it guys.

I agree that the two guys do seem a bit out of place when beside the other photos, but I think it's one of the nicer shots, so I wasn't sure if I was alone in my thinking or not.

I think I'll exclude them and replace them with the swimming pool photo instead.
