Not at all. Even now that it's been mentioned I can't see it.
I've seen that ad plenty and that's the furtherest thing from my mind.

The KKK costume had a distinctive pointed top and iirc the headpiece wasn't attached and was more like a hat than a cape.

I can kinda see Batman in it but that's a different kettle of fish.
