Hi and cheers for the post.

There are quite a few options as far as this price range is concered and a wide price range to go with them.

The best value 37" that we would have at the moment is the Philips 37PFL5405H. This is a 100 Hz LCD model that has been our most popular 37" of late. It has a USB input, full HD screen, great sound, MPEG4 tuner on-board and with the 100Hz, it outperforms most of the other 37" screens around this price. This is priced at £469.95, not £499 if you are looking on our UK site.

The 42" version of the same TV is £499.95.

Alternatively, we have the LG 37LE5300 which is a 37" LED. It's priced at £499.95 but don't feel that the LG offers any more than the Philips for the extra £30.

We also keep a very good LG 200Hz model which is the LG42LD790. This is a 200Hz 42" LCD which for gaming etc is excellent due to the faster scanning rate. It's priced at £599.95 at the moment and well worth considering.

On a slightly different note, the Samsung UE40C5800 is also a very nice TV, but were getting up in price here to £699.95 and at this price, the Philips 40PFL8664 is a bargain.

I know this is quite a lot of TV's to be picking from, but they all tend to be good with motion for games etc, with the LG 790 probably being the pick of the bunch on that front. The Philips 40PFL8664 is a steal and will only last while we have stock left....which is going fast.

Take a look and let me know if any of these grab your attention.

    Cheers

    Dave
