photo messaging question

    Anyone know why a message sent from my phone with a photo attached only sometimes reaches the recipient.
    Sometimes it does and sometimes the recipient gets a messge saying that the photo can be viewed at a website.
    I just wondered what determines which result will occur.

    It depends on their phone, I take it, that it wasn't the same person you were sending the pic's too?
