Yes another BETA question

    I know we're sick of all these questions but ill try make it brief :)

    I was refused BETA & the maintence grant as I was living abroad and when I came home I wasnt on the dole for long enough (9 months for a level 8 degree).

    But... as mature students we can go on the dole over the summer, now im not excatly sure how many months short I am, But does anyone know if I can re-apply for BETA next acedimic year after spending the extra 3 months over the summer on the dole?

    As far as I know you do not have to be on the dole continusly for 9 months as when they were adding up mine they took into account previous times I was on the dole (still wasnt long enough).

    I would ring my local dole office and ask but I dont have a full day to spare waiting for them to pick up the phone! :P
