Fitness and Gym question ... which forum?

    Apologies in advance for the stupid question.

    I've recently joined a gym and was wondering if there is a "fitness" or "gym" workout forum? The main thing I would like to do is post details of my workout programme for feedback/suggestions from others. Where would be the best place to ask such a question on boards?
