UTV NGB Disconnecting

    For the past week I've noticed my modem disconnecting at around 5am every night. I don't know how long it stays disconnected as I fall asleep but I do know it stays disconnected for the 2 hours before I actually do fall asleep. Has anyone else noticed this?

    didn't notice any disconnections in my area...

    the best way to find out whats happening is checking the phone line when modem is disconnected, mean are you able to use phone itself.... if not is eirscrew foult but if calling is possible just email or ring utv :)

    It's been ok now for the past couple of nights but don't want to jinx it by saying it's completely back to normal hahaha.
