Very Very Slow Speed

    Getting really pissed off with Perlico at this stage !

    Noticed today that youtube videos were buffering very slow and ealier on ran a speed test and got this result :

    Now whats its usually ment to be is 8Mb and my ping is usually between 20 and 30. Earlier on it was 200. :(

    Any help appreciated.

    Can you check your line stats? SNR and Attenuation.

    Rang Perlico today and apparently the broadband profile was switched to 1MB, how that happened I'll never know :rolleyes:.

    Anyway the fella from customer service was very helpful and switched it back to 8MB. :)
